Cycling in conegliano valdobbiadene

On the weekend of September 16th and 17th, 2023, the C’è Da Fare team, along with friends and passionate bike supporters, organized a 48-hour charity bike ride through the UNESCO hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene (TV), to support ongoing projects. Many of you followed and supported us through our social channels, and thanks to you… we made it!

It was two days of challenging and sweaty ups and downs among vineyards and challenging passes in the area, including the famous “wall” of Passo San Boldo, but also rich in local culture and traditions.

We fell in love with the glassmaking art of master Marco Varisco at Il Cantiere Art District in Treviso, and stopped in historic cellars and restaurants in the area, excited by the flavors of typical products from Ca’ del Poggio Ristorante & Resort and the wines of the Fasol Menin winery – from the Tramet family – and the Le Manzane winery, of which we also like to mention the sustainability-related project “Il Giardino delle Api” (The Bee Garden).

With us, there were the world champion and Olympic gold medalist Paolo Bettini, champions Luca Paolini (il Gerva) and Silvia Parietti, bike influencer Elisa Scarlatta, theater actress Marianella Bargilli, and rings dominator Jury Chechi… a weekend of friendship, art, culture, sports, fundraising… the ingredients we like the most!
